Precautions for installation of hydrocyclone desander:

In order to ensure smooth water flow, a straight pipe with equal diameter to the water inlet shall be installed before the water inlet of the equipment, whose length is 10-15 times of the diameter of the water inlet.
Adequate maintenance space shall be reserved around the equipment during installation.
Open the inlet and outlet valves, close the sewage valve and bypass valve during normal operation.
According to the sediment content of the source water, discharge sand and remove pollution regularly. Open the sewage valve when discharging, and the sewage process will not affect the normal water use of the system.

Close the valve at the outlet if sand discharge pressure is insufficient.

Maintenance of the desilter:
1. The lock bolts of the sieve box must be removed before the first use of the newly purchased desilter cleaner or the first use after the move;
2. When the hydrocyclone is out of use for a long time, clean it with clean water to prevent the accumulation of dry sand in the hydrocyclone;
3. The vibration motor is injected with grease once every 1500-2500 hours, and the oil injection amount of each bearing is 5-10ml;
4. After stopping the machine, the screen should be cleaned, so as to avoid dry sand, which cannot be used next time.

6. Every 2000 hours of pump work should be checked periodically. The wear of the clearance between impeller and pump body should not be too large. 7. When the submersible slurry pump works for 6 hours, the machine seal should be checked and repaired or replaced according to the degree of wear, otherwise the pump shaft and bearing will be damaged.
